How Resume Rewriter Studio handles your data.

Information We Collect

We may collect your email address, login details, selected plan, usage activity, support messages, uploaded resumes, pasted resume text, job descriptions, generated rewrite outputs, cover letters, outreach drafts, interview prep, and related application package artifacts.

Stripe processes payment details. Resume Rewriter Studio does not store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, plan, customer, subscription, and checkout metadata from Stripe so we can activate access and support billing questions.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide AI resume rewriting, ATS-aware optimization, job matching, recruiter-ready exports, saved dashboard access, trial redemption, support, fraud prevention, product analytics, and service reliability.

AI Processing

Resume and job description content may be sent to AI providers so the service can generate rewrites, match analysis, explanations, and interview preparation. Do not upload information you are not authorized to process or do not want used for the requested rewrite workflow.

Analytics

We use analytics to understand aggregate product behavior, including homepage CTA clicks, demo starts, pricing views, checkout activity, rewrite generation, dashboard opens, and recruiter demo interest. Analytics helps us improve the workflow and diagnose issues.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the product, including hosting, analytics, email, payment processing, authentication, and AI infrastructure, or when required by law.

Retention And Deletion

We retain account, access, rewrite, billing metadata, and support records as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion or access help by contacting support.
